A very fine Mauritian rum that is a great fruit compote with perfectly integrated alcohol and a pleasant woodiness.
Laut Etikett: Blend of 2007 Blend, 2005 Blend, Acacia Finish, Chataigner Finish, Porto Finish, 1969
Still quite restrained on the nose. Like a hill on the palate: a strong, bitter start, a fruity, spicy zenith and a lemony, marzipan finish. Surprisingly complex. Very pleasing.
