“Un rhum blanc agricole qui se veut très suave. Une belle fraîcheur agricole vient embaumer les narines avec des notes terreuses, herbacées et végétales, venant accompagner des agrumes (citron) qui arrondissent les angles. Une pointe de sel montre toute la subtilité du nez. L’attaque en bouche est ample, souple et agréable. Les agrumes et les fruits secs dominent le palais, laissant la canne à sucre et ses notes végétales plus au second plan. C’est rond, frais et très bien structuré. La finale, de longueur correcte, se veut étonnamment chaude, sèche et légèrement épicée. Les saveurs végétales et terreuses reviennent à la charge face aux agrumes. Une très belle cuvée qui fera le bonheur de tous les amateurs de Ti Punch.”
