The Clairin Ansyen Vaval was produced in Haiti at the Arawaks distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Velier. It was distilled in 2017 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for 1 years 9mo. The rum has an ABV of 49,4%.

Série comparative de Clairins ansyens. Un nez très alpin avec du génépi et de la gentiane, très floral presque une Chartreuse. En bouche la gentiane revient avec son amertume, mais aussi des plantes aromatiques. La finale est courte et amère avec de la gentiane. A l’aveugle pas sûr que ce soit un rhum ! Merci Dr. Django pour l’échantillon.

an der Nase und am Gaumen sehr blumig (Kamillenblüten?), ziemlich außergewöhnliches Profil!
