"Série comparative de Clairins ansyens. Nez plus net que le Sajous (54,2% 21 mois) mais bouche bien moins belle. Très aromatique au premier nez avec un très léger volatile et des fruits secs. Une bouche un peu piquante et acide avant que les fruits ne se montrent. Alcool assez bien intégré. Finale moyennement longue avec des fruits confits. Merci Dr Django pour le sample."

"Clairin Cosstasting Vol. 2 mit Sajous 22 Monate (RX7920) Vaval 22 Monate (RX7929) Die Sajous DNA ist an der Nase noch deutlich vorhanden. Zitrus, pflanzlich grasig und leicht metallisch. Die Lagerung macht aus meiner Erinnerung überhaupt nicht bemerkbar. Recht eindimensional finde ich. Am Gaumen wieder die Sajous-typischen Zitrusaromen, hier macht sich die Lagerung bemerkbar. Eine dezente Süße und eine leichte Bitterkeit. Leider finde ich den Alkohol nicht optimal eingebunden. Der Vaval ist deutlich besser! Finde da den ungelagerten Sajous sogar besser."
