“3. Fläschchen im Weihnachtskalender. (Hatte ich auch schon mal als sample vor einem halben Jahr...) Islay Finish war spätestens am Gaumen klar, dachte zunächst an WP, dafür war er aber zu süß. Also Panama. Volltreffer! Nase: fruchtig-würzig, rauchig, leichte Zitronen-Frische. Pfeffer, Muskat, Vanille. Kräftig-süß-torfig mit etwas Banane. Das ist Islay. Gaumen: Torfig, röstig, süß! Dazu ein bisschen Anis, Vanille und Banane, etwas salzig. Jetzt noch eindeutiger - Islay-Fass! So auch im Abgang. Wenn man diesen Ausbau mag, ist das hier ein schöner, kompakter, runder.”
