"Pas terrible du tout! Le plus mauvais clairin que j'ai goûter. L'alcool est vraiment mal intégré et le fut de caroni na pas marqué le jus.."
"On retrouve au nez une certaine aigreur, un peu de colle et de caoutchouc (Caroni oblige) et une pointe d'agrumes. L'ensemble est assez rond et pas désagréable. La bouche commence avec le caoutchouc puis on retrouve l'aigreur du nez (vinaigre de cidre, eau de vie de cidre). On sent en fond des marqueurs légèrement pâtissiers. La finale est moyenne sur la pomme caramelisée. On sent que le fût de Caroni a bien marqué le Clairin. Un rum pas désagréable mais pas très séduisant non plus. "
