The "Single Cask Rum" was produced in Brazil at the Epris distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Duncan Taylor. It was distilled in 1999 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 16 years. The rum has an ABV of 47,5%. This is a limited release and there are only 173 bottles. No added sugar. .
