"die lange Reifung bringt hier die Fassnoten auf sehr harmonische Weise rüber: an der Nase Gewürznelke, Vanille, Kokosnuss. Am Gaumen: Lakritze, röstige Noten, dunkle Schokolade und Trockenfrüchte. Gefällt mir gut!"

"A very nice Long Pond with a nice intense profile. Flavours are there from opening the bottle and only gets better while resting. Roasted wood mixed with fruits and spices. Well balanced and good ABV integration. I like the caramel in the profile. Made a note that the empty glass had coffee and very light licorice notes."
