“Nose: Candied banana/honey/smoke Mouth: Ester/lemon/black tea Finish: bitter on the chili pepper This is a very interesting product to try and surprisingly different from the DOK even though they are similar in terms of ester levels - showing that ester levels are not indicators of the flavor profile, but only of the intensity. Intriguing and interesting lineup on paper to cross the distilleries and marks of Jamaica in unaged version. Unfortunately, this selection did not give me much pleasure except for the DOK.”
