„Le nez vous invite dans le floral et les fruits. L'aquavit se fait présent mais tout en douceur. Une belle rondeur et équilibre. En bouche la douceur du Fiji est présente au début. L'aquavit vient tempérer le Fiji et l'épicé s'invite en fin. Une fin de bouche entre moyenne et longue finissant avec une touche d'astringance en toute fin. Un rhum qui peut destabiliser mais qui apporte une curiosité sympa. A déguster.“
