Karukera L'Expression - 45 2019
Most enjoy its smooth, sweet wood-vanilla profile and easy drinkability; critics find it watery, young and possibly sugared/colored. Overall seen as a pleasant but not purist-oriented agricole.
Those building their palate who enjoy sweeter, easygoing agricoles with vanilla, wood, chocolate and light spice, and want a soft sipper that still hints at cane juice origins.

How does this rum taste?
Smooth, sweet-leaning young agricole
If you like smooth, sweet rums and are curious about agricole, this is a gentle crossover—but if you’re strict about no additives or crave funky intensity, you’ll likely be disappointed.
Purists avoiding sugared or colored rums, drinkers seeking full-on grassy agricole character, or anyone looking for deep age complexity or high-ester intensity.

29.10.2022 whisky & Rum Festival, nice event with a few friends and a few of our own bottles. Very nice and well balanced rum. Fruity with wood and light roasted notes.
