To Darsa
"Smells like a Thai dish, with lemongrass or ginger, coconut milk and perhaps a whiff of non-soapy coriander. Furthermore raspberry, apple, orange and raisin. The taste is a lot like a single grain whisky with a lot of vanilla sugar and a little tonic. That Thai coconut comes back in the finish, as well as some gingerbread."
