Magnifique nez sur un beau boisé, beaucoup d'agrumes, du sucre brun, du cirage avec en fond une belle note caramelisée. On reste sur le même niveau en bouche avec en avant les agrumes, le caramel et le bois precieux. Les 58% sont très bien intégrés. 😋
Relatively spicy due to high alcohol content. Very round, few stand out flavors
In the nose quite restrained, slightly dried fruit, mild and pleasant!On the palate first slightly acidic , blackberry, then an interplay to the woody roasted and spicy! At the end slightly bitter.In the finish the woody predominates, somewhat astringent and bitter! A very nice round and complex rum
Manque de fraîcheur surtout en bouche. Amertume un peu trop prononcée. Alcool bien intégré. Après avoir terminé la bouteille, je confirme un ressenti mitigé. Ce rhum est bon mais la forte amertume qui devient plus prononcé avec l'aération, le rend trop sombre...
