"Al naso è delicato con sentori di zucchero tostato, cacao, bosco, tabacco e qualche agrume. Al palato è inizialmente pungente ma si scioglie quasi subito in legno/bosco caldo, spezie e una nota di dolcezza che lo rende corposo, tutto in completa rotondità. Sul finale mediamente lungo arrivano sentori vegetali, pepati, frutti rossi e lieve tostatura al gianduia, che delizia! Se viene lasciato riposare arrivano anche le note terrose.
