It was distilled in 1998 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. 27.02.2021 A nice blind tasting in a friend's home. Bottles covered in tin foil and only numbers to match up the glass with the bottle. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light, elegant, light wood, plum, dried fruit, faint smoke, pineapple. Palate Light wood, pineapple, light plum, light vegetal, faint smoke, dates, light pear. Finish Medium long, light wood, light smoke, faint chocolate, dates.
