The Fiji Rum was produced in Fiji at the South Pacific distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 2001 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. This is a limited release and there are only 380 bottles.
