The "Fiji Rum" was produced in Fiji at the South Pacific distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 2001 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%.     "18-19.02.2022 Going through samples at home. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, round, light wood, fruity, light rubber, mango, light marzipan, spice. Palate Light oily, faint wood, fruity, light floral, spice, light spicy, light marzipan. Finish Medium long, warm, light wood, fruity, faint floral, light oily, faint citrus, light cinnamon."
