The nose starts off hard with grass and oak and then you get sweet honey notes mixed with fruit and a pinch of vanilla. A typical Agricole range of flavours. The palate continues where the nose left off. Lightly sweet honey with grass and oak, this is followed by fruits, vanilla and chocolate. A complex and well balanced rum. The finish is medium long with smoky oak, vanilla and raisin."
