Trop caramel à mon goût.
A Dominican rum made by Barcelo for the Léon Jimenes cigar brand (La Aurora). A nose that reminds me of a bar in Italy, espresso, liqueurs and vanilla brioche. A diluted but interesting palate. A short finish, but a taste of salted butter caramel remains on the palate. Interesting.
A gift from a good friend! Didn't expect so much at first, but was pleasantly surprised. Certainly on the sweet side, but it's not quite as dominant. Beautiful dark notes: A bit of coffee, vanilla, roasted aromas, wood. However, the price charged for it is complete nonsense: at least €50 too expensive.
A sweeter lightly spiced drink, ideal for a sipper. Already through the meaning of the release of the bottle for the anniversary of LaAurora
