How does this rum taste?
RumX members love the dark cherry and toasted wood that jump from the glass, backed by vanilla and menthol. The palate is big and dry with citrus, leather, roasted notes and licorice, finishing long and warmly menthol. Distilled in 2001 on a John Dore pot still and aged 19 years, this 65.4% cask strength Saint Lucia release is limited to 262 bottles and highly rated by 79 reviewers.

We combine the collective intelligence of our community with an integrated marketplace, allowing you to shop securely and manage your collection directly from the app.
The goal? To offer you, the rum connoisseur, a place where you can choose with confidence—without paperwork, detours, or expert jargon.

wow. despite the high alcohol content and the 19y incredibly horny fruity and harmonious.cherry, tangerine, allspice, vanilla, pineapple and extremely much menthol both on the nose and in the taste in absolute harmony. in addition, some fig, cherry Hubba bubba and cocoa nibs discreetly with maple syrup and wood and black pepper. If he was a tick less "burnt bitter" and woody, I would prefer but still a grenade!🤤❤️🇱🇨🥂
WOW.. What a fruit grenade and a taste on which I do not come. Despite high alcohol content what a board.
20.08.2021 Sitting at home with some samples. Notes Dark in colour. Nose Intense, wood, tannins, spices, dried fruit, light glue, light herbs. Palate Intense and warm, light honey, herbs, spices, light medicinal, dried fruit, light mint, light varnish. Finish Long and warm, wood, dried fruit, light mint, faint tobacco, faint chocolate.
Again a decent board. Already powerful. Clearly wood, but not too much.
