“Het zoete overheerst jammer genoeg van begin tot einde: 18 gram suiker per liter 😔 Notige toetsen en zoet gebak. Erg toegankelijk “voor de massa”, wat ineens verklaart waarom ik meer had verwacht van deze Single Cask... Als ik de fles open (deze tasting komt van een sample), zal het zijn om aan gasten te serveren. Laat hem voor de rest maar in de kast staan. Misschien dat de notige toetsen afkomstig zijn van de porto vaten, maar ik vind mezelf niet ervaren genoeg om die stelling met overtuiging te poneren.”
