This one is a good example of a perfect finish using the three barrel method. First bourbon barrels, then Ferrand barrels and finally Tawny Port barrels. The nose is wonderful and complex with fruits and spices. After rest g you also get caramel, oak and the Port cask. The palate is elegant and soft while remain g complex it also has a bit of sweetness to it. Spices and fruit dominate followed by wood and berries. The finish is long with oak and vanilla. The proof has been perfectly integrated! Having a go at this one again and it's still good.
