Dieser hier ist dann allerdings an der Nase kaum vorhanden. Etwas Würze ist erkennbar, ansonsten kommt er nur ziemlich verwässert daher. Am Gaumen dann etwas besser, Würze/Gewürze sowie Holz und Fass sind erkennbar.
Dégusté à la Cave Saint Seurin lors d'un passage à Bordeaux. Franchement j'ai regardé un peu les commentaires, je ne comprends pas. Pour 60€ on a un XO bien frais, avec des beaux fruits, un peu d'épices (pas mal de bois, ok). Top, je conseille fortement cette quille !
