"On The Rocks: On the nose initially a molasses smell then a pleasant and balanced fruit, floral, oak and brown sugar notes with some kind of baking. Taste is light on the mouth with an initial strong spice and oak with some underlying fruity notes. Finish is medium length but is very front loaded as it slowly gets a little bitter. Mixed Pepsi Zero: Smells like a little sweeter Pepsi Zero with hints of fruit. Taste reveals a nice shine through of spice and oak. It is a very clean and smooth finish and feels quite light. You could enjoy this either way."
