A quite subtle nose. Plum and some white wine. A touch of black pepper too. Not sharp at all. The palate is again quite subtle. Grape and sugarcane followed by hints of fresh apple. Very easy drinking. The finish is short, a little peppery, but nothing too much. Overall, it's very good but not very loud. Mixed this would be lost, but as a white to sip this is a good choice. A nice bottle too.
