Okay, bye. How can this thing be so mildly drinkable at 85%? And why does a rum that has been reduced with balsamic vinegar and molasses, black cumin and thyme after a hearty mushroom and bacon pan taste so good to me? Wow. This really is the liquid DNA of Guyana in its purest form. Fat! 2-3 drops of water open it up for good, by the way. Awesome stuff! Daiquiri with it is also completely crazy, like rounding off mushrooms with lime and pineapple and roasting some caraway seeds. Kinky but awesome!
