“mega delicious. Rum grape nut chocolate with a good bang and a tropical fruit salad soaked in rum on the nose, then more green sour grape & pineapple, cocoa, coconut and candied ginger in the taste. in the finish then a nice velvety mango, subtle licorice and again rum / grape / nut chocolate. very cool stuff!🤘🇯🇲🤤”

“Very nice single barrel bottling! Great intensity and creaminess due to the tropical maturation. Due to the high alcohol content, not an easy sipper, but insanely complex. Very good Hampden!”

“nachträgliche Verkostung des Rums vom 20.12. aus dem RumX-Kalender 2023: Oha, watt 'n schweeeret Kaliber! Aber wirklich sehr lecker - ein tropischer Tropfen, passend zum (heutigen) tropisch anmutenden Wetter. Heraustechend ist die ultrastarke Adstringenz, die aber ein schöner Ausdruck der eindrucksvollen Fruchtaromen (fast matschige Früchte, Bratapfel?) ist, getragen von dem kräftigen Alkohol.”
