"Au nez, c’est très vanillé. On retrouve le profil épicé-boisé-mielleux du Symphonie. Le tout agrémenté d’agrumes en pagailles. Ce nez est très parfumé et envoutant. L’attaque en bouche est douce et équilibrée. On retrouve un joli fruité. Mais pas que : le poivré du nez, du boisé et des fruits secs. C’est gourmand. La finale est à nouveau moyennement longue sur l’orangette. Ce Concerto est très parfumé et agréable à la dégustation. Le plus aboutit de la trilogie mais malheureusement beaucoup trop court pour une telle gamme de produit. Dommage … "
