“Un Enmore magique. Le nez est complexe, les arômes fruités se fondant au profil sombre et sucré de Demerara, suivis par de la colle, du toffee, des notes florales et pâtissières qui forment un ensemble structuré, équilibré et délicieux. On retrouve en bouche le côté sombre avec les épices, le café, le moka et le chocolat, le caramel, le toffee et les notes de sucre ne sont pas loin, le boisé et les fruits (fruits secs et abricots) complétant ce superbe profil. Le rhum est très rond, complexe et équilibré, l’alcool est très bien intégré. La finale, très longue, est légèrement amère avec des notes de cuir et de réglisse, des saveurs de malt, des épices, des fruits secs, une pointe de fraîcheur et une légère sucrosité. Un rhum sublime, qui est malheureusement victime de son succès.”
