5 ans de vieillissement tropical d’un rhum de Trinidad millésime 2014 dans un fût de bourbon suivi d’un affinage continental de 7 mois dans un fût de Bordeaux. Disponible uniquement à The Source en 420 exemplaires. Cela dit quoi en dégustation : au nez c’est fruité - riche et complexe. En bouche, l’attaque est plutôt atypique et surprenante, c’est intense avec des notes de chocolat noir, d’abricot et de raisins. Tiens donc du raisin pour un fût de bordeaux, quelle coïncidence. Par contre la finale est très ronde et s’efface rapidement. La 1ère bouche est sympa mais pas assez de longueur.
