Ein Wahnsinn, dass dieser Rum bei Release nur um die 60 EUR kostete. Für mich ist und bleibt dieser Rum aus meiner Anfangszeit eine Ikone.”

“In der Nase kommt er schön würzig rüber mit einer sehr deutlichen Sherry-Note. Geschwefelte und getrocknete Aprikose und Honig-Süße. Der Alkohol ist am Anfang etwas schneidend, gibt sich danach aber gut eingebunden. Lakritz und ein Hauch Minze kommen hinzu sowie Leder und und etwas Tabak. Intensiv und komplex am Gaumen. Auch hier wieder deutlich dass Sherry-Fass. An Frucht dominiert nun Pflaume, Dörrpflaume. Leicht pfeffrig und doch karamellig-süß. Leicht bitter-salzig hinten raus mit einem Hauch Minze. Bin zwar nicht mehr so der Freund von Sherry-Ausbau, aber der hier ist ein guter!”
