The "Single Cask" was produced in Martinique at the Trois Rivières distillery. It was distilled in 2003 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 12 years. Palate Fresh, round, fruits, banana, ginger, light salt, light wood, balanced, sugarcane. Finish Medium long, light wood, sugarcane, light salt, spice, banana.
