“Dieser (Rum) Likör ist für mich eine essenzielle Zutat in manchen Cocktails, weil er ein wirklich spannendes Aroma zwischen Walnus und Marille mit sich bringt und ansonsten ist es ein leckerer Likör - ein Rum ist er in meinen Augen aber nicht - eher in einer Liga mit dem Dry Curacao von Ferrand - der ja auch kein Cognac ist. Und da ist schon das Problem, dass er dafür preislich etwas zu sehr zulangt. (Ich habe ihn hier jetzt nicht als Rum bewertet, sondern für das, was er mir als Spirituose an sich bringt)”
