Gut trinkbarer 97er Caroni, Teer und überreife Mango, sehr lecker. Der Alkohol könnte aber besser integriert sein. Der Rum verändert sich rasch im Glas, er geht nach 15 min in Richtung Foursquare. Nach 2 Stunden im Glas ist er tot. Hab ich so noch nicht erlebt. Mit längerer Öffnung der Flasche und der einhergehenden Oxidation verschwindet die Mango und der Rum wirkt reifer und tiefer. Edit, wieder mal im Glas: Gut trinkbar, im Mund fehlt die Fülle. Trotzdem für sich gesehen ein sehr guter Rum.
Schön entspannter Caroni mit toller Süße.
Alkohol nicht gut eingebunden, dadurch geschmacklich recht scharf. Am Anfang noch die typischen Caroni-Assoziationen, die aber erstaunlich schnell verschwinden sind. Abgang sehr kurz und nichtssagend.
