“I just returned from a luxury tasting I was invited to and I'm actually a bit tipsy this time because all the rums had a high proof. This tasting was Plantation extreme only and this is the third one of the six. This one was far better than the previous one. It may be an atypical Saint Lucia rum, but it balances pretty well. Leave in the glass for a while to get all the flawours. Price to quality is OK.”
