“This one scored a bit less than the previous one, but it's still a very good rum. The nose is lightly fruity with a more vegetal and grassy note. Like walking in the moores in the morning. There is also spice and wet tobacco as well and a hint of oak. The palate is a bit sweet, complex and oily (draws nice curtains) with fruit and earthy notes. Tobacco and smoky oak is here as well and compliments the overall palate. The finish is long with tobacco and smoky oak and in the back i pick up some peat.”
