How does this rum taste?
What stands out most for reviewers is the prominent apple note, with many likening the aroma and palate to Calvados influence. Alongside the fruitiness, you'll find grassy and vegetal tones, roasted tobacco, and an earthy, woody depth that balances the livelier notes. It's often enjoyed neat to appreciate its complexity and cask strength. Fans highlight its creativity and recommend it to anyone seeking a distinctive, limited-release agricole—especially if you savor apple-forward rums.

This one scored a bit less than the previous one, but it's still a very good rum. The nose is lightly fruity with a more vegetal and grassy note. Like walking in the moores in the morning. There is also spice and wet tobacco as well and a hint of oak. The palate is a bit sweet, complex and oily (draws nice curtains) with fruit and earthy notes. Tobacco and smoky oak is here as well and compliments the overall palate. The finish is long with tobacco and smoky oak and in the back i pick up some peat.
