“Le nez est sacrément gourmand et pâtissier ! On a une belle tarte au sucre brûlé avec du fruité à gogo (de la noix de coco, de la banane, du raisin sec, des agrumes …). L’ensemble est parfaitement équilibré et harmonieux. En bouche, c’est tout aussi agréable et crémeux. On est moins sur les fruits (hormis les agrumes) mais plus sur le doux cacao et les épices. Et on retrouve ces notes de torréfaction ! La finale est longue et fine sur les épices et le boisé avec un zeste d’orange. Ma foi, il est bon ce Diamond 2001. Il me fait un peu penser au El Dorado Skeldon mais en Dark”
