There is no acidity in this batch and I think it's bacause it was finished in sauternes casks. Very fresh and light despite the age. A light, sharp and fruity and the sharpness probably comes from the 47% but you can still taste the bourbon from the first aging. A very nice rum at the price tag. Remember to let it rest for at least 15 minutes!
