“The nose is very lively and starts with an extremely fruity profile of flambéed pineapple, banana, juicy pear, and lime zest. It then evolves into wax, rose, camphor, and walnut. The palate is similar to the nose with deep notes of molasses followed by cooked apple with spice notes such as nutmeg, curry, vanilla, and herbal notes such as sage and lemongrass. It then becomes a little sour, very dynamic with chocolate, bitter orange, figs, sweet popcorn, and peppermint notes. ”
