Bought a 20cl bottle of this rum based liquor at my recent visit at the ReimonenQ distillery and finished the bottle together with my wife in our bungalow at the Langley Resort, Fort Royale. It’s made from ReimonenQ Vieux JR Cuvée Spéciale rum and lime and named after one of the founders, Joseph Reimonenq. The color is light green. The nose is sweet and fruity with a scent of lime. At the palate it’s very sweet with the flavors of lime dominating. The finish is medium long. For me it’s just too sweet neat which my rating is based on. With added tonic water it makes a quite good rum punch.
