"Un nez fruité de pomme/framboise avec un côté herbacé et de boîte à cigares (cèdre). Je sens aussi nettement un côté piments et poivré. La bouche a une attaque faible et diluée qui le rend très buvable sur les fruits secs, un côté végétal et du poivre rouge. La finale est courte sur le piment poivré. Un rhum intéressant, bien fait mais il manque clairement de caractère, en tous cas pour moi. Le côté poivré prend de l’importance et devient assez marqué avec le temps. Le cèdre est évident dans le verre vide."
