Saint James J. Bally Art Déco
Highly praised for its balance, cognac‑style woodiness and long, dry finish. Less grassy than classic agricoles, with refined citrus, cane and spice that reward slow sipping at 42%.
Sip-focused agricole fans and cognac or brandy drinkers who enjoy dry, woody, citrusy profiles with moderate strength and a long, refined finish.

It is not a typical agricole from Martinique. The grass is hidden and fine. Vanilla comes out of the barrel easily. very tuned blend. will also taste molasses rum lovers.
Un modèle d’équilibre!
Compared to the second release this one lack a bit. It is of course a younger model, but it can still keep up I think. Lightly woody with fruits from nose to finish. Lovely spices appear on the palate and finish nicely balanced with chocolate and caramel/toffee. There is a flowery hint i there and a medicinal hint i can't put my finger on. Price to quality is very good.
