Oft erhält man Rum-Trinker ja eher solche Abfüllungen geschenkt, die ich gerne als Supermarkt-Rum bezeichne, weshalb ich mich über diese Abfüllung besonders gefreut habe. Auch wenn diese Abfüllung nicht in der oberen Liga des Landes auch nur ansatzweise mitspielt, so handelt es sich doch um eine spannende Abfüllung. Blind hätte ich hier vielleicht sogar auf einen Whisky getippt, da das durchaus leichte, rauchige und fast schon süßliche Profil nicht ganz zu dem passt, was man mit Guyana verbindet. Zusammen mit einer leichten Kräutrigkeit ind vielleicht einer Spur Honig schließt sich dann allerdings der Guyana-Kreis doch noch irgendwie.
