A very reduced rum to please as many palates as possible, which has the effect of somewhat extinguishing the taste. This Isautier is quite okay, there are much worse from this distillery :) The nose is very fresh, citrus fruits and herbs are recognizable before the young wood makes itself felt. Lots of herbs on the palate too, and a herbal note is also recognizable.

When tasting, got herbal notes and very light wood. Mouthfeel was quite watery. The finish was vegetal, grassy and short.
