The "2011" was produced in Brazil at the Epris distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses and sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 8 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%.
