The "Leith Stillroom Single Cask Rum" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Gleann Mor Spirits Company. It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 13 years 6mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 63,3%. Sehr leckerer Foursquare. Der Alkohol könnte hier etwas besser eingebunden sein. Die Vollmundigkeit und die dunkle Schokolade gepaart mit Kaffee weiß zu überzeugen. Der Abgang ist mittellang und macht Spaß auf der schokoladigen Seite. Das es ein Foursquare ist, erkennt man auf Anhieb.
The needs time in the glass... then develop wonderful aromas of chocolate, coffee, toasted brittle...On the palate, first a subtle sweetness ... then spice, coffee, creamy it spreads, with time slightly astringent... the alcohol is quite well eingvebinden, but not pervekt!In the finish, the flavor continues... a good Foursquare!
