This is the only aged Montebello that’s a blend, all others are vintages. The nose is aromatic and fruity with a certain sweetness and aromas of vanilla. At the palate it’s peppery and grassy with flavors of licorice and sugarcane. The finish is medium long and fruits and licorice dominates.
Salon Lycée Hôtelier : nez jeune mais bon, bouche simple, caramel dilué mais persiste bonne longueur. Conseillé avec poisson.
