It has an ABV of 52.7% and has complex flavors of caramel, grapes, woody notes, armagnac, plum and oak. It is not a crowd pleaser but some may find it pleasant with similarities to El Dorado's wooden stills and Bourbon or Rye whiskey in terms of flavor and texture.

Interessante Kombination aus den schweren Armagnac-Fasseinflüssen und den frischen Grand Arôme Noten. Am Gaumen ergibt sich ein recht ungewohntes Aromenbild, das positiv zu überraschen weiss. Außergewöhnlich und mit Sicherheit kein Crowd Pleaser, aber dem ein oder anderen dürfte das zusagen.

Yesterday we had a Savanna tasting evening and went through 5 and it was a pleasant surprise. The nose on this one was fruity with anise some caramel and wonderful smoky oak. The palate is well balanced and also fruity with spices, some toffee and again the smoky oak. The finish is fairly long and spicy with dried fruit and roasted oak.

somewhat like el dorado's wooden still(VSG, EHP and PM), both of them remind me of Bourbon or Rye whiskey. similar flavor in nosing and similar texture in tasting. not typically overripe tropical fruits, rather a plate of fruit in the living room which is daily edible: hints of Sherry oak whisky or Armagnac. good

Sehr schöne Harmonie aus Armagnac finish und Savanna Frucht Power. Lecker aber auch Recht bitter, verbrannt und Holzig, muss man Bock drauf haben!
