Saint James VSOP is an AOC rum from pure cane juice made in a traditional Creole column. that’s aged between 4 and 6 years. The nose is woody, spicy, sweet and fruity with aromas of oak, vanilla and dandelion. At the palate it’s woody and spicy with flavors of pepper, leather and honey. The finish is medium long, fruity and woody with flavors of oak and dried fruit.
Nez très iodé, porte vraiment sur le whisky 🥃 ! Bouche qui confirme complètement le nez, très iodé, j’ai l’impression de boire du whisky. La note fumé n’arrange rien ! Finale courte
Moc povedená agricole vůně, nasládlá, muškátový oříšek, vanilka. Nečekal jsem, že mi tak mladý agricole bude chutnat. Moc příjemná nasládlost dělá tento rum velmi přístupným. Vše vyvážené dle mých představ.
