“For the price this is a great rum. The nose is very fruity with cognac, spice and sugarcane. The palate is well balanced between wood, tannins and fruits trailed by spice, sugarcane as well as a peppery note and a slight vegetal note. The finish is long and fresh with wood, berries and spices.”

“A rum similar to Reimonenq 9 ans cuvée prestige, but less fruity and with more wood influence. A fruity nose with strawberries, mango and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, there's more oak and fruit. Not very deep and diluted. A pity. The herbaceous finish takes over.”

“Honey nougat with coffee and lime makes for a rather interesting taste. The finish is unfortunately slightly alcoholic.”
