“It’s not infused with coffee beans and therefore much better than the Green & Red Label in my opinion. I recognize chocolate, caramel, tropical fruits and some sweetness. The nose is quite weak, but on the palate and during the medium long finish goes easier to recognize the tastes.”

“Considering the high proof this is actually an very well balanced rum. Very smooth and you don't need to add water to bring down the proof. The blend is 70% 6-yaar old from Licorera Cihuatan Destillery, 15% 3-year old Jamaican and 15% unaged rum. It won gold at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. A fruity explosion at a very good price tag.”

“A blend of slightly chocolaty, spicy rums with a Jamaica fruit bomb. In the taste very good but unfortunately the alcohol is clearly noticeable and somewhat pungent on the nose. With Imberger Bergkäse the raisin comes out very nicely.”

“On the nose, we are at Hampden. Ripe fruits, esters, pineapple, banana and a certain roundness. The alcohol is very (not to say too) present. The fruits are also there and we really have the impression of a rather young Jamaican, Smith and Cross type. We can still feel in the background a touch of caramel or sugar which brings a certain roundness. The finish is medium long, with the same spicy and fruity notes. In the end, I remain hungry for the lack of information on the label. Rum not unpleasant. The alcohol is not very well integrated and I will be curious to know what is hidden in this blend.Edit: better at the end of the line up”

“Insanely interesting rum, which I had not previously on the screen. Has much of an Agricole and fits perfectly in a TiPunch or Daiquiri. Also a mojito could be very exciting. Extremely fruity and light despite the 55.5% vol. A nice interesting summer rum.”
