To Distillerie du Simon
"16.03.2013 Back at this wonderful hotel that I have passed at least a thousand times on my bike during training passes. Notes Medium to dark in colour. Nose Wood, roasted, tannins, fruity, light glue, spice, polish. Palate Wood, tannins, roasted, fruits, coconut, orange, light floral, faint chocolate. Finish Medium long, wood, roasted, light floral, orange, ginger."
"Schöne Klebstoff-Note!"
"A very interesting rum for those who like woody rums! In the nose, in the mouth, in the finish..... there is wood, oak, barrel everywhere with a little spice! We feel immediately the small barrel as well as the effect that it had on this rum. Personally, I like a lot, but I think it can disturb."
